Job opportunity: Customer Service - Ocean & Trucking Function

Responsibilities:

- Complete the whole process of cargo from the port of shipment to the port of destination according to the operation procedure, including booking space, trailer, customs declaration, checking bill of lading, checking receipt and payment, and other relevant documents;

- Bill of lading confirmation, transportation input, reconciliation, billing, etc. to ensure the accuracy of documents and fees;

- Communicate with customers/agents, maintain customers and provide quality service;

- Other related work assigned by superior.

Qualification and Education Required:

- College degree or above;

- Familiar with shipping CIF, DDP process and booking, trailer, customs clearance related operation process from different places such as Ningbo, Shanghai, Tianjin, etc.;

- Proficient in all kinds of office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, and operating system FMS;

- Good English reading and writing ability, can use English mail to communicate with foreign customers;

- Work carefully, have good logical analysis and understanding ability, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, can withstand pressure;

- At least 2 years working experience in customer service or related position.
