Job opportunity: Operation - Air Freight Function

Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily air booking and operation;

- Daily communication, handover and problem solving with airlines and operational agents;

- Monitor aviation and time performance, provide optimization and solution;

- Assist daily warehouse management and abnormal package handling and reporting;

- Familiar with the operation of the system, be able to solve the daily problems of warehouse operation and aviation operation;

- Maintain good communication with overseas agents to provide the best solution and service to customers;

- Assist sales representative to make quotation to customers.

Qualification and Education Required:

- College degree or above;

- Positive and serious work attitude, have good internal and external communication ability;

- Able to multitask management and operation, with quick learning ability;

- Good English reading and writing ability, can use English mail to communicate with foreign customers;

- Work carefully, be sensitive to data, find problems and propose solutions in time;

- At least 3 years air freight working experience, Global Forward background is preferred.
