Job opportunity: Customer Service - Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities:

- According to SOP and customer requirements, complete the order management process within specified time;

- Establish effective relationship with local suppliers;

- Continuously develop and improve the internal operation of the team and support other team members;

- Ensure that SOP and KPI requirements are met with minimal resources;

- Ensure timely and accurate update of JTT business system;

- Make sure that there is no outstanding payment;

- Actively assist to solve customs clearance, freight, warehousing and other issues;

- Actively put forward valuable Suggestions for customers to save cost and improve customer satisfaction;

- Have a "team" mentality and ownership spirit, in special circumstances can actively support other team members to complete the task;

- Establish new customer relationship with new consignor/consignee.

Qualification and Education Required:

- College degree or above;

- Familiar with American ocean shipping and booking, trailer, customs clearance procedures of other places such as Xiamen, Ningbo, Shanghai, etc.;

- Experience in communication and cooperation with Hongkong - invested and us-funded enterprises;

- Familiar with logistics operations and requirements of American retailers such as Walmart, Target Store and Amazon;

- Proficient in all kinds of office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, and operating system FMS;

- Good English reading and writing ability, can use English mail to communicate with foreign customers;

- Work carefully, have good logical analysis and understanding ability, have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, can withstand pressure;

- At least 2 years working experience in customer service or related position.
